JP has been providing bespoke industry mastering seminars and designing higher education critical audio analysis and mastering modules for many years. Institutions include Nottingham Trent, Coventry, Northampton, York St Johns, De Montfort and Huddersfield. He is happy to focus lectures and seminars in a way that supports your course and learners needs. This could be practically focused, theoretical or musical appraisals and actually mastering the students own work.

He has a clear understanding of the conceptual links between analysis and practical application of tools to help learners achieve positive outcomes within the scope of their own projects and the tools available.
John Paul ‘JP’ Braddock is a highly experienced audio engineer focused in both analogue and digital domain mastering. With over thirty years’ experience in the music industry, he has delivered hundreds of albums over the last three decades spanning a wide range of genres from Rock, DnB, folk to Metal. He is co-chair of ‘AES Mastering Group’ [AES:MG]. Curator of the ‘British Music Archive’ [BMA] heritage restoration project. Creator of ‘Full Dynamic Range High Definition’ [FDRHD] HD audio format.
